I have sent two waves of emails to the beta and gamma purchasers of HARP SciFi in order to check that the email they used when buying the relevant edition would be appropriate for sending an OBS coupon. Some of those emails have already reported Delivery failures. I will be making a list of the real names associated with those emails - if you are on the list, send me an email at director @ guildcompanion.com with your new email address. To prove your identity, please also indicate your old email address and/or your real-world physical address at the time of purchase.

Please check your email account. You should have an email response to your email and that will say:
Hi Scott,
The important email is this one:

The good news is that the OBS system generated the coupon codes
yesterday. The bad news was that it then choked trying to send out the
emails - there are a lot of you good people.
I've already been in touch with OneBookShelf and they've suggested an
appropriate workaround.

and then give you a download link to OBS.
I sent the email reply at 21:49 UK time last night to your live.net account.

I just checked again nothing has come through, I checked even the junk-mail box and my blocked emails, nothing. Try sending to my secondary email account then, its stug3@frontier.com please.
Or send it to my PM here on the forums.

That means that my emails did not bounce from whatever account you were listed as having used. They may still have been eaten by a spam filter. I will check my master list and see where my emails think they went.

I am not on the list but I did pay into the Beta of Harp SF when it was first announced. Since then my life has taken a major change and my name that I had at the time I joined is not my legal name now. I can't remember the email I used at the time but I can provide my name. I remember buying into this because I remember all the discussions and the many Gamma versions of the game before I had lost internet access at home for over a year and then moving and then further real life changes that I won't talk about in public.
My email now is stacie2k9@gmail.com but that's not the same email as before.
I will send you an email with further details.

Have been busy so a bit late in noticing the problem and responding.
Order was done PayPal and would have most likely been done under my gmail addresss:
clell.flint@gmail.com but could have been under sunwolf62@yahhoo.com
Please let me know what I should do to resolve this issue on my end.
