This is our Heisenberg uncertainty* countdown for HARP SF

Updated credits page DONE!
Installing the remaining art / eliminating formatting widows and orphans & fixable table breaking DONE
Integrating the Master Character Table DONE!
Integrating the Index DONE! DONE! DONE! DONE!
Updating all page headers DONE
Integrating front and back covers  DONE
Last check for any residual errors and broken cross-references DONE
Final pdf sent for approval from Aurigas  DONE

* this is a Heisenberg uncertainty countdown in that we could tell you either the position or the velocity of the product, and since I'm doing the measuring, we will be telling you the position (what's done) and the direction (heading towards completion) but not the speed.

Craig's herculean two days of effort have integrated the index. I am now pruning the entries autogenerated by InDesign.

The Indexing is done - both Craig and I declare ourselves to be heartily sick of indexing.

The front cover is now on the book. Back cover still to integrate and then it's off to Aurigas for approval.
