Anyone have info on the Nomikos Library?

I've looked through some of the books, and it gives a cursory explanation, but nothing very substantial.
Anyone have some homegrown stuff?

Jaiman, Land of Twilight (second edition), pp. 71-80, gives a lot of detail, including a map, room descriptions, and rules of the library.
