Rolemaster II Special Edition Hardbound

Hi ICErs,

I've recently picked up a copy of this item:

It says in the description: "RM2SE is a limited edition book of 200 copies and each book will be numbered and signed by Heike Kubasch and Bruce Neidlinger."

However I can't seem to find the signature/numbers.

Do I have a pirate edition!? Or was there an additional (unsigned/unnumbered) print run?
