AutoHarp 2.0 Fantasy issue with Training Packages

I got a strange behavior when when adding a training package. In my case it was Apprentice Mage TP. The first entry say to add 2 skill ranks to either Alchemy, Power Projection or Divination. I add 2 to Alchemy and I still had 1 more rank to add. It seems not to count the first rank added but only for the first skill group. All the others work fine.

Here's some additional information that makes this a little stranger. It appears to occur only with the Apprentice Mage training package as I have now created several characters with other training packages with no issue.
