Superior design weapons and armor for SM:P

One of my players wanted to buy +10 armor however I couldn't find any cost modifiers for superior design in any of the spacemaster books. I therefore decided to use the rules and tables from RMFRP treasure companion.
Has anyone else used this for their games or have you invented house rules to deal with this?

I have always used the rules from the RMSS:TC for superior armor and weapons.

Bacon Law: A book so good all PC's need to be recreated.
Rule #0: A GM has the right to change any rule in a book to fit their game.
Role Play not Roll Play.
Use a System to tell the story do not let the system play you.

Yeah, I think its probaly the best course of action as the rules cross over really well.

Have you looked at felix cafe? Look in the Equipment section on the left hand side.

I've used this a bit for SM2, but I think it's just as well (or badly) suited for SMP. I've played with the numbers for a variant of the system but not really naied it.
