Grand Duchy of Karameikos

I recently got the print version of the first Gazetteer for the known world for D&D.  I wonder what it would take to make an Rolemaster campaign out of it?  Classic or RMFRP, it doesn't matter to me.  I can run both.

Gazetteer is OD&D/Mystara Setting. so basically the conversion rules from RM2 and C&T1 can be used.
