What is the history of ICE?

how about some rolemaster history , Who originally owned or in more detail started ICE and rolemaster? then when did it get bought or who has kept it running , how did Hero and Rolemaster kind of hook up? when did HARP COME ALONG I KNOW  bought H.A.R.P. way back in 2003-4?
