Say I want to write down my own campaign as a PDF, possibly even sell it on DrivethroughRPG or so, are there any rules from the publisher? Like, can I just go ahead and sell it and refer people to the RoleMaster books for things, or does it have to be non-profit (I'd be fine with that too, just need to know), does the publisher want people to include any disclaimers or references, etc.?

This isn't a complete answer, but a starting point would be Community Content on http://ironcrown.co.uk/about/work-with-us/ (http://ironcrown.co.uk/about/work-with-us/)

Thanks!

Yes, the community content or write for ICE section should be what you're looking for.
In short though:
- If you want to write something that doesn't include any ICE IP then there's nothing we can do to stop you and you don't need our permission.
- If you want to include small bits of IP then you can either enter into a commercial contract with us and we'll help you put it together, source artwork and make it available on DrivethruRPG etc or you can put it in the ICE vault which is free for anyone who has signed up to the forum to access.
- If you want to include LOADS of ICE IP then it's commercial contract only
Let me know if you need anything else.

Excellent, thanks! I have contacted Nicholas as indicated on the website.

No Reply so far – I guess that means not interested.
So I guess I will have to not reference RMFRP directly. That's a shame, but well, it is how it is.

Nicholas is a busy guy. I would wait a bit longer.

Well, I will, obviously. It's not completely written down in a presentable form anyway, and in the wrong language, so I have all the time they need.

However, busy guy or not, by now there should be a reply. There isn't, so I'll have to make to PDF system-agnostic. A pity.
