Title: ERA: Change Default file saving

Currently when I save a character sheet it saves to my downloads folder, can I change this? The reason is I am playing over the internet and I want to save to a OneDrive folder and have players load their characters from there.

Which button are you using to save? This might be more of an operating system configuration thing.
You could create a symbolic link/alias from the directory where you save to a shared drive that you configure to be mapped to a google drive one, although this will surely require using Google's synchronization applications (something like https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9965580?hl=en)
