Title: Roll20 MERP character sheet

I'm dropping a note for jamakkon on github who created the MERP character sheet for Roll20. I can see where to put requests etc.

First thanks it's made lockdown remote playing so much easier.
Have noticed a glitch (not vital) to plug. Encumbrance penalty calculates with STR even if weight is less than 16. Not a problem for most but hobbits with a -20 racial modifier suddenly can't drag their own belly around the room (especially if you include a height modifier).

Sorry for taking so long with the response. I only noticed your message yesterday.

I have fixed the problem with negative strength bonus yielding MM penalty. There is a pull-request waiting to be merged with Roll20 master branch. The problem should be solved when Roll20 makes their next character sheet release.
