Sanity Rules?

Have any of the published materials for RoleMaster included a sanity system? I'm considering running a low magic sword and sorcery campaign in a sort've Pangaean prehistory setting with a strong Lovecraftian feel (still debating whether to make it simply Lovecraftian or actually set it in Lovecraftian prehistory proper), and for that sort of thing I'd quite enjoy having a system to use for that sort of thing.

 I think a long time ago [it may be in the vault] that someone was going to adapt the sanity rules from CoC for RM. But I do not know of any right off the top of my head.

Rule #0: A GM has the right to change any rule in a book to fit their game.

 I just was looking through the Ment Comp and they have some rules on page 54 for sanity points.
