So if you store a spell, can you also store your prep bonuses? Or is it just basically prep of 0 rounds.

It would be nice, but no prep rounds get stored.

That said, your game = your rules if you wanted to adopt that. :)

I've always played as the spell is just cast automatically when you trigger it - spell failure was only a concern when you stored it.

I agree.

Caster may cast this spell with any spell he wants to store. The spell to be stored must be cast within one minute after the Spell Store is cast. The stored spell may then be cast later as an instantaneous spell. The Spell Store spell costs the same number of PPs as the spell that is stored. No other spell may be cast while a spell is stored.
