The notes for those spells say if you aren't purchasing spell lists level by level, just add them onto some appropriate list. I know it says essence, but it could work as the 1st level spell on Self-Healing in Mentalism, or Nature's Law in Channeling. A general cleaning spell could also fit on Delving Ways in Essence. Depending on the edition you are looking at, those might all have no existing 1st level spell.
