Just curious, you mean characters with pre-created backgrounds like in Grand Campaign?

Yes. Basically, like Paizo does (and seems worthy of imitation), a set of characters who appear in the initial module (as level 1s) and might be presented later at higher levels. And then also they appear (like the RM2 covers) throughout the product line. Giving a cohesive sense to the population of the world. (Those same Iconic PCs also have moved beyond their RPGs to the Minis and card games for example.)

Love this, and a big +1/+5 for pre-gen PCs but maybe 2x from all Realms for variety!
