The request for it comes up from time to time, but it's still pending.
I intend to make it the main feature in the next version, although no promises on when that will be.
Once that's added, all the existing packages sold at RPGNow will be upgraded for free with the TPs in each corresponding book.
So for example if you purchase Channeling Companion now, you will be guaranteed to get all TPs there once the feature is added.
In the current version, you'll find a "Dev Pack" button while leveling up which will ask for a name and number of DPs. That name will be added to the Information tab of the character sheet module, and will also be listed below the profession in the printable character sheet. You would then need to manually adjust the number of ranks, items gained and stat gains.
