« on: August 12, 2013, 05:17:04 PM »
Greetings from the Guild Companion; Issue 174 is available at www.guildcompanion.com.

This month we present the seventh installment of "Mind over Matter" and the second installment of "Forgotten Realms Deities." This month also includes a brief article on topical potions: "Magical Meditation Oils."

I just realised I forgot to cover the Instantaneous psionic powers, so will cover them as well as the next chapter, for the September issue. When it comes time to integrate the whole I'll slot the missing material into the relevant chapter.

My bad.

Great I love the info and cannot wait to get the whole into my collection. I think I have the ability ($) to fix my PC so I can finally get back to doing stuff with all of my desktop resources.

You mean the whole of the psionics chapters? What I am hoping to do is, once I have completed them, is to assemble them with extra material into a single document, get feedback and revise accordingly, add art and collate into a single, indexed PDF document that I shall make available for free via the Forum downloads section. That way I can make something that I am really proud of and something that I hope will come in useful.

The various Priest models will likely need balancing versus your other players. They were a work in progress.
I was working on a sort of prestige class for each of my players. Something else for them to burn DPs on.

I do something like the 'prestige' classes too.  For example, Elementalists and Duelists in my game are an aspect above and beyond your base profession.  It's also rare that I have a Paladin or Pure Essence caster which has not been tweaked in some way or another, often significantly.  Rangers also, but not as significantly.

You could, technically, be a Warrior Mage Duelist/Elementalist for example.
