Pp. 111-112, it says that you need to add the RR mod and ranks. Ranks?

Scaling spells and casting time vs Fumble
The modifier for the fumble roll is a one-time +10 (+10 when scaling and +10 when reducing time), right? It doesn't stack on the number of scaling options or on the number of rounds you skip. (?)

I totally agree on this question!!
Neither the stamina nor the will RRs add the ranks to the roll, don't they? Why is that the case with the magic RR?
