2nd Aid and Surgery?

 I was going through the SM:P book and looking at skills and I noticed that 2nd aid and surgery were not in the T/T Pro skills. Was that on purpose? Are they supposed to be in the medical category? Or somewhere else?

 I never noticed it before as I have a complete skill list from RMSS, RMSS:BO and SM:P and supplements.

I'm thinking those represent more primative versions of the skills.  Really the whole Tech / Trade category needs rationalizing.
