Topic: Any spell lists that has anything like "endurance"

The SUC has "Maintain endurance", a level 3 spell, and "No fatigue", a level 7 spell, both in the "Sustain Body" spell list.
Technically speaking, the "Travelling dance" spells of the Dervish in the RoCo. II may count as well, as the allow the caster "to perform any physical action" at a reduced exhaustion rate (instead of merely running at a given rate, as the many run spells allow to).

It might not be what you are looking for, but Armsmaster Base spell list, Martial Law, level 1 spell 'Forced March' (from Rolemaster Companion VII) allows caster to march at 2x base rate with no exhaustion points for 1 hr/level.

I can't immediately think of too much else in RM2 beyond what was already mentioned by other posters.
