HARP Race Gen

 I am helping someone convert a Play by Post game to HARP Sci-Fi and I am wondering if someone can point me to rules other than the ones in HARP-MFG for creation rules?

I usually reverse engineer the official races as a guideline.  For HARP races generally get +10 pts for stat bonuses usually not exceeding 3 for any single stat, 60 points divided between Hits/PP and 30 pts for the three RR bonuses.  Carry forward for the talents provided and there ya go.

For any other guides, I do not know of any.

The only other thing to consider is racial abilities, and those you should try to cost them out as if they were talents and it should be pretty close to pre-existing races (though there are some power-house races when you do that).

Yes I have once race so far that has 210 points in Talents and I have not finished with the talents. I am waiting for some info back from the player/main GM to find out what he wants to do about it.
