Title: Read this if you are interested in the Alternate HARP combat charts

For all those interested in the combat charts I have designed as an alternative to the current core HARP critical charts they now have their own thread. It is currently set up so that you have to agree to an NDA before being granted access to the playtest files but I am seeing if we can do this in a similar way to the RMU playtest files. Where if you click download you are automatically agreeing to the NDA. I have also asked if there is a way to set up an "I agree" checkbox that has to be clicked to gain access to the downloads but also to make the thread open to all.
