I use it for my games,
As far as making combat easier, it is very useful

We have not had the chance to use it in a game session yet, but I know that I and our usual GM's will love it.  If you have a lot of customized information you need to input that can be somewhat time consuming initially but the long term payoff is worth it IMO.

I believe you can get the base program itself for free (I think?) but you need to pay for RM2 or RMSS I.P. info which is $20 (Again, I think?).
