lost Con points
« on: August 07, 2007, 04:28:12 PM »
When dealing with undead a character may lose so many Con points per round.  My question is how fast do those points return after undead is dealt with or character has left said situation?

We have it that without magical means the points only come back with a stat gain roll at level advancement.

You are looking for the Soul Withering rules, pg 134 in the RMSS rulebook.

1 pt per day of rest, or 1 pt per week if not travelling and generally staying in one place.  If in a specially soothing place, rate increases to 2 pts a day or 2 pts a week.  If on holy ground, rate increases by an additional 1d10 pts a day or week.

There are also spells to heal drained Co.  Cleric base list I believe.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

Base book and spell law both reference Healer Base - Cleansing.  However that list does not contain the spells needed.  Life Mastery - Cleric base 'Heal Life Essence'.

If the campain calls for it you might use the skill cleansing trance.
I allways think of The Wounded Land book when I think of cleansing trance.
