I've not looked at the HARP article, so will not comment upon it, but will say that I have written the basics of the next psionics article (I can't remember whether I submitted it or not), and hope to write the following chapter in a fortnight.

I've also an idea for a small series of items dealing with encounters in the elemental planes, to follow on from the psionics articles.

Good question. Perhaps with the change in appearance, the feature that automatically converted URLs into hyperlinks disappeared.
