HARP College of Magics (CoM) contains different casting styles. IIRC there is none that exactly fits mentalism, but it would be possible to create one. The difficult part would probably be finding some good compensation for the missing requirement for wearing armor. In Rolemaster the Mentalism spells often only allow the caster as target. If using the Mentalism-like casting style there could e.g. be the restriction that, unless perhaps scaled for a certain amount of PPs, non-attack spells can also only have the caster as target, whatever their normal spell description says.
