I've read through SM: P RM Step 20.0 Cooling Capabilities and I'm not sure I really understand the third paragraph which states:
Because these exhaustion points are based on heat, an android accumulates an additional exhaustion point for every 5 degrees the temperature rises above 15° Celsius. For every 5 degrees below 15°, the period after which he accumulates exhaustion increases one round.
I'm fairly sure
an android accumulates an additional exhaustion point for every 5 degrees the temperature rises above 15° Celsius.
means that at 25° the android gets 2 extra exhaustion points plus those accumulated for actions performed in each round.
I'm guessing
For every 5 degrees below 15°, the period after which he accumulates exhaustion increases one round.
means that at 5° the android accumulates exhaustion points every 2 rounds instead of every round.
Have I gotten the right meaning?

Tom;
I think that you have the heat right but the cold wrong. I think the cold should be at 5 C, which is two steps below 15 C, would be 3 rounds.

Morning MarkC,
Yep, looks like I got the basic number of additional rounds, but forgot to add to the round number. Thanks for the catch. (At least this time you didn't have to use a sledge hammer the ball peen hammer was all that was needed.) ;-)
