What stats are used against undead Con drain?

What kind of attack is it? Is it considered poison, disease or channeling?

It is a specific attack. The resistance procedure is on Creatures and Treasures, p. 22
"All Constitution drains are avoidable by succeeding in a Constitution–based resistance roll of
the target’s level vs. the undead’s level."
