Focused Eloquence not adding bonus to skills?

Focused eloquence does not seem to add its bonus to a sphere, nor does it let you select the sphere it covers. Is this on the list of things to fix?

I've always added the bonus manually, like pretty much every other talent.

I haven't been in Autoharp for a while though.

Yes... this has to be done manually. I have no plans currently to fix talents that add bonuses to skills. It could be done, but the complexity of it is what caused me to back away from it for the time being.
