"Body Damage Stabilize"?
« on: March 18, 2010, 07:44:37 PM »
I was taking a look at companion 3 for rolemaster, and I saw that the duelist has "Body Dam. Stabilize" listed under concentration skills.

What is it? :o

essentially a skill from Rolemaster Companion II that has the same basic effect as a "Self Keeping" spell (very simple explanation).

for the RoCo II:

You can go into a coma (here, a good thing) for a while, instead of dying soon from a crit.
Instead of "death in X rounds", you make the roll and slow your body...appearing mostly dead (-75% to check) for "1 day" for each round before death.

Crits that result in "instant death" can't be helped by this skill..

I find it hilarious that in the description it says that if you MISS your roll, you still go into a Coma!
you just still die in a couple rounds. And a healer will think you got an insta kill. (-75 to diagnostics) ;D
