There are rules for HARP Shadowworld in the various Harper's Bazaars. That should help you.
Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Scratch that. Power attracts the corruptible.

Rules should not replace the brain and thinking.

I second that. And the conversion should be pretty easy, I think. At least not as hard as a d20 setting.

It is one of the potential projects on the Guild Companion Publications' list.

I play HARP in SW.  It is not difficult to convert at all, as long as you have the some of the supplimental material like MaFG....where you can pull basically every badguy in SW from anyway.....except maybe Shards....and well, if you're gonna fight one of those I think the GM could pen in out.

SHARDS!!! And Black Reavers...my two favorite RM monsters.
Maybe I will convert them, since I miss them, and have no intentions of playing RM again (HARP just moves more fluidly and with greater player friendliness for me).

The story in the old RM Companion, where the Black Reaver jumps off of a cliff and splits a Cyclops in two...Awesomeness Maximus.

I used a Shard once. I had converted the 'Predator' for a SM game (Called them the Sag-Tarn, made up a bunch of stuff for them, etc...), and one player wanted to be one. Anyways, he got sucked through a Portal into Kulthea, and encountered the PCs in some forest (The player,Damon, staying quiet as he passed me notes , asking which PC looked worthy enough to take for a trophy is a hilarious memory). The PCs were beset by a Shard, zipping about at it's Mach I speed crap... DB 500, as I recall (100xpace Mod). The Predator programmed it's movement vector/pattern into his little wrist-computer, and figured out where it would be at X moment, then fired his shoulder cannon.
The Shard only got 100 DB, the PC rolled Open Ended, and then followed with an awesome Death Crit. The entire group would talk about it for years.
I miss Elvis (OK, he named him Ehlg'Vighis or something, but Elvis was what we all called the Pred).

I just noticed a file in the Vault -- in the HARP section, conversion tools, "Shadow World to HARP."

I actually find the HARP spell casting system really great for SW too.  Spell scaling is great in a high magic world, and players tend to want to try a spell caster more often in SW using HARP than RM.

I don't own Shadow World myself, so I couldn't say.

Really, the mechanics of switching a monster over isn't that difficult.  Assign stat bonuses, Talents, throw some ranks in Perception, Melee, Missile, and thats pretty much it.  I rarely do that.
