 Sorry, that I did not get back to you sooner but I had a couple of things to get done.

 Info on Spacemaster, well there are two versions the RM2 [SM2] version and the RMSS/FRP [SM:P] version. The big difference in PC generation is the skill system and the number of skills in the game. Most of the other aspects are the same for both games but thier is one thing that stands out IMO. It is how the psionics skills are used and aquired in the SM:P and can make a huge difference in you game.
 Supporting books are out thier for each but some can be used for both such as I use Star Strike and Armored Assault for my SM:P game and SM:P blaster law can be used with SM2.

 If you have any more Q's send them along and I will give you an answer. I have played quite a few games over the years so if you have any compairason questions I hope I will have an answer for you.
