AFter an over-Skype session on Thursday, I decided to make my GM work a bit easier by consolidating all the weapon tables into a spreadsheet. That makes looking up things quite convenient. I will eventually include the critical tables in that document, but of course, first I need all the weapon tables to be put into it.

I have been thinking about the same for a long time, using Arms Law as a source to learn programming.
As a spreadsheet it’s not that hard, what really takes time is inputting all attack tables.

I think violence in games only causes violence in real life if the person in question has an insufficient mental capacity to deal with the real world in the first place. But, that's more the fault of poor genetics and poorer parenting than it is the fault of a videogame

Automated lookups are a big timesaver, highly recommended. If you don't want to set that up yourself, there are some existing programs for it like ERA, Combat Minion, etc. I just added all the maneuver tables to mine.

I GM and look it all up. The players track their own DMG etc. I fudge a fair bit, so hiding the rolls make it easier
