Title: ERA For Rolemaster - RMC - Learning Spell Lists

I am not sure how learning spell lists works in ERA.

I think I put points into Learn Portion, but when I save I don't get prompted for a role (like I do with body development).

Also, the spell lists are showing a cost of 2/2/2 . What does that imply?
