On the inside cover with Peter Fenlon's map, there are numbered locations, but I can't find any key for the place names etc? Any idea?

The following are all where the key's start, they generally go into the next page.

Tor Nindor (the fortress) is on page 15.
Caras Gwindor is on page 18.
Eithel Celebrin is on page 19.
