We've made the HARP-Harn Guides available to you once again...

Here is an excellent freebie item from ICE Japan on using HARP with Hârn, the exciting and wonderful setting produced by Columbia Games. It is richly detailed, vibrant, gritty, and full of life. Approved by Columbia Games, this is your official guide on using HARP and Hârn together! This guide is available in both Japanese and English.
