Topic: Grand Campaign

I am getting ready to start this thing with 5 players and I was wondering if any new information about books 2 and 3 is available. If anyone has run this campaign to its end, I would love to hear how you filled out the rest of the outline. Also, what levels should the characters be at which parts of the story? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TKA is working now in Emer 3, maybe we could suggest him to write 2-3 pages with advices to run Grand Campaign, parts of book 2 and 3 had some action in Khum-Khaan an nearby areas.

In my game, we played only book 1 and a small part of suggestions for book 2. Later we stopped. My players started around level 1 and at the end of the book they were level 10-12.
