Duraan?
« on: September 07, 2021, 11:35:10 PM »
Can't seem to find anything on this: in some of the maps of Rhakhaan (such as in the most recent versions of Haalkitaine and Jaiman) there is what appears to be a city called Duraan at the southern tip of Jaiman, in the Rhakhaan Empire, but at its extreme southern tip. I can't find any information on this city in either book, other than that another title of the Duke of Esov Mur (the extreme southern region of Rhakhaan) is the Viscount of Duraan.

The name seems so similar to the Duraanaki -- is there any link?

Remember that Duranaki were Zori once - it might explain a number of common linguistical roots

Yes, I thought there might be some connection like that... just can't find anything that might confirm it.
